We invite you to join us by phone for morning meditation. This 30-minute call will include a 15-minute guided meditation to help set the tone for your day. A different meditation practice will be offered each day.
Simply call the number below. Don't worry, it’s just audio so you can wear your PJs if you like! We do ask that you mute your phone until the Question & Response portion of the session.
