Community Mindfulness Project empowers all people to lead healthier lives by expanding access to mindful meditation.

Mindfulness access and regular practice has been shown to when we take care of ourselves, really assess and put an investment of time to putting our oxygen masks on first - we have the power to transform our lives, and our communities. Numerous scientific studies have shown with mindfulness we are proven to be physically and mentally healthier, more compassionate, kinder. With stronger focus, more deep sleep, better emotional regulation and resilience, less anxiety, depression and burnout, we start to see how we can make a positive impact in our own lives and give back to our communities.

We’re focusing on the most underprivileged in our society, partnering with nonprofits that support addiction recovery, reduce recidivism, educate our youngest out of poverty and unlock the human potential of all in our community, no matter their resources.
