Ferguson Library and Community Mindfulness Project welcome local Stamford teens for an afternoon of mindful meditation. Together we'll use tools and techniques to bring awareness to our thoughts, bodies, and emotions. Practicing mindful meditation supports our well-being, helps manage stress and emotional regulation, and invites us to experience joy in the present moment.
