An 8-Week Mini-Mindfulness Challenge

Thursdays 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM

November 2nd - December 28th

(Excludes Thanksgiving)

Sessions are based on neuroscience, and are quickly and easily accessible by phone or zoom, camera on or off, no experience necessary.  Participants can hop off the session immediately following the guided meditation or can stay online to connect with peers in the non-profit community.
