Grace Farms will be offering several programs on Earth Day, April 23rd, and CMP is pleased to support them by offering Forest Bathing. We’ll explore the power of nature to alleviate stress and anxiety and improve our focus, wellness, and mental health.

The full day of activities is being offered and run by Grace Farms. All participants must register through the Grace Farms website as there are limited spaces available.
