CMP offers Mid-Week Burnout Busters for non-profit and front-line workers each Wednesday from 9:15 AM - 9:30 AM. These short 15-minute mini mindfulness sessions provide mindfulness and meditation opportunities are are designed specifically to help combat mental and emotional stress, are all based on neuroscience, and are quickly and easily accessible by phone or zoom. Participants can hop off the session immediately following the mindfulness exercise or can stay online to connect with peers in the non-profit community. All sessions are offered free of charge.
