Noon Meditation by Conference Call

Because gathering in person to sit in community for meditation is not wise at this time, we invite you to join us by phone for a daily evening meditation. This 45-minute call will include a 30-minute guided meditation to help reset your nervous system and support your well-being. A different meditation practice will be offered each day.

Simply call the number below. We do ask that you mute your phone until the Question & Response portion of the session.

We hope that you will join us so that we can sit in community by phone, until we can gather in person again.

Dial In:  (857) 799-9498 - Please try to log on 5 to 10 minutes early to reduce pressure on the rickety phone system. That extra 10 minutes is a great time to connect with others on the call, if you like!
