Evening Meditation by Conference Call

Because gathering in person to sit in community for meditation is not wise at this time, we invite you to join us by phone for a daily noon-time meditation. This 45-minute call will include a 30-minute guided meditation to help prepare you to “rest and digest” and support your well-being. A different meditation practice will be offered each day.

Simply call the number below and enter the access code. Don't worry, it’s just audio so you can wear your PJs if you like!. We do ask that you mute your phone until the Question & Response portion of the session.
