On Wednesday May 29th, we'll meet at Waveny Park in New Canaan at 12 Noon, instead of meeting at the New Canaan Library.  The library will be full and bustling with its Book Sale so we'll hope for good weather and head to another incredible community asset, New Canaan's Waveny Park, for our sit.  

If you can join us, we'll meet on the great lawn by the Waveny House.  The house sits up at the highest point in the park, and there are parking lots right next to it.  If you are facing Waveny House from the parking lot, we'll meet on the lawn to the right of the house.  The address of Waveny Park is 677 South Avenue.  

You'll need to bring a lawn chair or a blanket and cushion, and a hat and sunscreen are good ideas, too.  

If it is raining, we won't meet, and we will have an excellent opportunity to practice Equanimity (the topic of the week!) on our own.
