Asha Ghosh, Lead Facilitator & Mentor
Asha Ghosh is a mindfulness facilitator with over 20 years of experience in meditation and yoga. Asha focuses on bringing what we learn from our practices into our lives with an approach that is both compassionate and practical. Asha enjoys inspiring creative approaches to mindfulness practice. Asha is also a clinical therapist. She has lived in 3 countries and traveled extensively, and enjoys working with people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Asha Ghosh is a clinical therapist at Strategic Solutions Therapy in Milford and is a lecturer in the Practice of Management at the Yale School of Management, currently teaching Global Social Entrepreneurship in India. Asha’s research interests include poverty alleviation, urban politics and policy, and community engagement in Asia. From 2019-2024, Asha was the Urban Program Manager at the Yale School of the Environment, developing programs and opportunities to expand and support the curriculum related to cities and urbanization and cultivating the Yale Urban Initiative by advancing partnerships and collaboration among Yale faculty, students, and staff to promote research and project opportunities with a multi-disciplinary focus on urban areas. Prior to joining Yale, Asha worked in international development with a focus on decentralization and local governance in Asia.
