The holidays are times of joy…. and can also tax our nervous systems. We might miss a loved one, have a challenge trying to manage a hectic schedule, feel financial strain, or wish for circumstances to be different than they are. Mindfulness offers us a set of tools to help navigate the holiday season with a greater sense of ease, and grace. We hope you’ll join us for this in-person opportunity to learn about and practice some of these tools. The session is being offered free of charge. All are welcome. No mindfulness experience necessary.
