In November, we’re reminded to feel gratitude. Practicing gratitude in our mind, body, and heart, will help us feel a greater sense of joy and peacefulness on a daily basis.

Join Julia and sit in community on Monday, November 14th on Zoom from 7 - 8 PM. Together we’ll savor the moments of the day through a body scan meditation and a gratitude meditation.
