Come together as a community and participate in meditation sessions that are designed to support your physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being. No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome. We’ll meet at the New Canaan Library, in Christine’s Garden (open space at rear of library) or Curtiss Gallery (when inclement weather).
Drop-in and remember to bring your lawn chair for seating.
