Come together as a community and participate in meditation sessions that are designed to support your physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being. No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome. We’ll meet outside at the Darien Library, weather pending. In the spirit of community, the outdoor tables are available after the session - consider packing your lunch. Drop-in and remember to bring your lawn chair if desired.
