Mid-Week Mini Burnout Buster

Burnout, empathy fatigue and vicarious trauma afflict many non-profit workers and first-responders. Mindfulness has been shown to help reduce these challenges and build our resilience. Join CMP for 15-minute mini-mindfulness sessions each Wednesday at 9AM. No experience is necessary. Just log on or dial in and join a community of carers taking time to care for themselves. You can keep your video off if you like, or turn it on. There will be a brief hello and then a mindfulness practice. Participants can log off at 9:15 or stay on to converse with other non-profit colleagues.
