Session 6: The Benefits of Loving Kindness Practice
As caregivers, we can feel overwhelmed by a sense that our efforts are small relative to the needs around us. Loving Kindness practice is one of the most studied meditation practices, and has been shown to help us feel more connected, resourced and resilient. It’s a feel-good practice that can help us feel lighter, more hopeful and more open.
