Mindfulness for Teachers by Patricia Jennings
Tish Jennings, MEd, PhD, began meditating at a young age after family trauma. She went on to become a teacher, a teacher educator and then a scientist. Her rich first-hand experience as a meditator, as well as teaching, incorporating mindfulness in the classroom and then engaging in rigorous scientific study of the effects of mindfulness on educational outcomes informs the wisdom she shares so clearly in this text.
