Summer of Mindfulness - Programming for Organizations & Groups
This summer, support your organization's employees and staff with mindfulness programming that’s designed to support mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. CMP’s programs are secular, in plain language, and based in science. These 20 - 40 minute sessions offer tools and skills that help manage stress and burnout, support emotional regulation, and create deeper community connections.
We’re offering summertime self-care programming opportunities to our fellow nonprofits and booking dates now.

Afternoon Recharge
We are booking 4, 6, and 8 week programs, June through the end of August. To ensure the widest access while supporting our sustainability, we're offering a sliding scale fee structure.
