Outdoor Sessions @ New Canaan Library!

Live, in-person meditation will start again on Wednesday May 19th! Come together again as a community and participate in meditation sessions that are designed to support your physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being. No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome. We’ll meet under the beautiful tree on the library’s front lawn. Drop-in and remember to bring your lawn chair for seating. In the event of rain or other weather-related cancellations, CMP will post an announcement and a link to a zoom session on its website (www.CommunityMindfulnessProject.org) by 10AM on the day of the meditation session. Zoom sessions will only take place if in-person meditation is cancelled.
