15-Minute Burnout Busters for Nonprofit Workers

A free and open program that was specifically designed for non-profit workers, first responders, and those on the front lines. 

The weekly “Mid-Week Burnout Busters” take place Wednesdays from 9:15 - 9:30AM. The short, 15-minute sessions provide mindfulness and meditation opportunities and are designed specifically to help combat mental and emotional stress, are all based on neuroscience, and are quickly and easily accessible by phone or zoom. Participants can hop off the session immediately following the mindfulness exercise or can stay online to connect with peers in the non-profit community. All sessions are being offered free of charge.
