Intro to Mindfulness
Community Mindfulness Project is here to support you on your mindfulness journey, whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner. Because the first step can often be the hardest to take, we’re offering a monthly, Intro to Mindfulness session. Join us on the second Monday of the month., at 7:00PM via Zoom. Our sessions are free and open to the public, are accessible to people of all faith traditions and none, and all physical abilities and ages. All are welcome.
